Vegetable Mushroom Platter Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 Su Tsang (vegetarian rolls)

  • 1/2 cup shredded Chinese black mushrooms

  • 2 tablespoons shredded ginger root

Ingredients A:

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1/3 teaspoon salt

  • Dash of black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Method:

  1. Tear the su tsang to shreds

  2. Heat the wok then add 2 tablespoons oil. Stir fry the su-tsang for about 1 1/2 minutes. Move aside, add 1 tablespoon oil; stir fry Chinese black mushrooms until fragrant.

  3. Add the ginger root and Ingredients A; return the su tsang to the center of the wok; stir to mix. Transfer to a serving plate and serve.
