Tsang (vegetarian rolls)

cup shredded Chinese black mushrooms

tablespoons shredded ginger root

tablespoon soy sauce

teaspoon salt

Dash
of black pepper

teaspoon sesame oil

Method:

Tear
the su tsang to shreds
-
Heat
the wok then add 2 tablespoons oil. Stir fry the su-tsang for
about 1 1/2 minutes. Move aside, add 1 tablespoon oil; stir fry
Chinese black mushrooms until fragrant.

Add
the ginger root and Ingredients A; return the su tsang to the
center of the wok; stir to mix. Transfer to a serving plate and
serve.
