Stir Fry Mixed Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz round cabbage, cut into small pieces

  • 5 dried Chinese mushrooms, soaked for 20 minutes, stemmed and halved

  • 1 oz snow peas, strung and boiled

  • 1 carrot, sliced and boiled

  • 1 cucumber, sliced

  • 5 tablespoons oil

  • 2 tablespoons chicken stock

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce

Method:

  1. Heat wok and oil over high heat. Stir fry cabbage for 2 minutes, then add the other vegetables and fry for 5 minutes

  2. Add chicken stock and seasonings, mix well. Fry for another 2 minutes

  3. Ready to serve
