Stir Fry Mixed Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients:

oz round cabbage, cut into small pieces

dried Chinese mushrooms, soaked for 20 minutes, stemmed and
halved

oz snow peas, strung and boiled

carrot, sliced and boiled

cucumber, sliced

tablespoons oil

tablespoons chicken stock

teaspoon salt
-
1
teaspoon sugar
-
2
teaspoons soy sauce

Method:

Heat wok and oil over high heat. Stir fry cabbage for 2
minutes, then add the other vegetables and fry for 5 minutes
-
Add chicken stock and seasonings, mix well. Fry for another
2 minutes
-
Ready to serve
