Stir Fry Chinese Gai Lan with Garlic

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb gai lan, chop off the bottom (root) and cut into small chucks

  • 5 cloves garlic, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce

  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 2 tablespoons oil

Method:

  1. Clean the gai lan, drained and dried, set aside

  2. Heat the wok and oil, stir fry the garlic until the color turns brown

  3. Put in gai lan and stir fry for 5 minutes

  4. Put in oyster sauce, and soy sauce and stir fry for another 5 minutes

  5. Put in water and stir fry for 3 minutes

  6. Put in salt and stir until well combine

  7. Ready to serve
