Ingredients:

Method:

Clean the gai lan, drained and dried, set aside
-
Heat the wok and oil, stir fry the garlic until the color
turns brown
-
Put in gai lan and stir fry for 5 minutes

Put in oyster sauce, and soy sauce and stir fry for another
5 minutes

Put in water and stir fry for 3 minutes
-
Put in salt and stir until well combine
-
Ready to serve
