Stir Fry Asparagus with Chili

Ingredients:

lb asparagus, cut into 3 inch chucks

cup dried shrimps, soaked for 10 minutes and drained

teaspoons Vietnamese chili paste

1
clove garlic, chopped finely
-
1/2 teaspoon salt
-
1
cup water
-

tablespoons oil

Method:

Heat wok and oil, and stir fry the chopped garlic and dried
shrimps until the garlic turns brown color
-
Put in asparagus, stir fry for 10 minutes
-
Put in chili paste, stir fry for another 5 minutes
-
Put in water, stir until well combined
-
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until the asparagus is
soft
-
Put in salt and stir well
-
Ready to serve
