cup tiger lily (tied into knots)

cup bamboo shoot slices

sliced pressed bean curd

Method:

Cut
the kau fu into 1/3 inch slices. Heat the wok then add oil. Deep
fry kau fu until golden brown; remove and drain. Put kau fu into
a pot boiling water; cook for 3 minutes. Remove and squeeze the
kau fu to remove excess water

Place
the kau fu, Ingredients A and Ingredients B in a deep pot; bring
to a boil. Cover and turn heat to low; cook for 8 minutes.
Remove to a serving plate; serve.
Kau
fu is a spongy type of ingredient made from wheat gluten that
may be stored for a long time. It may be found in the
refrigerated section of markets, where bean curd is found.
