tablespoon hot bean paste

tablespoons soy sauce

teaspoon salt

teaspoon sugar

stock or water

Method:

Soak
the bean threads in water until soft; remove and drain. Make
several cuts through the bean threads to shorten the lengths
-
Heat
the wok then add 3 tablespoons oil. Stir fry the pork for about
2 minutes; add Ingredients A; stir to mix.

Add
Ingredients B and bean threads; bring to a boil. Turn the heat
to low and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the liquid has almost
completely evaporated.

Remove and serve. Chopped green onions may be sprinkled on top
of the bean threads
