Method:

Cook
peanuts, soy beans, and carrots separately in water. Mix pork
with Ingredients A; set aside for later use. Mix Ingredients B
in a bowl and set aside for later use.

Heat
the wok then add 3 tablespoons oil. Stir fry the meat until
cooked; add peanuts and all other ingredients; stir to mix; add
Ingredients B; stir for 2 minutes. Transfer to a serving plate
and serve
