Ingredients:

lb string beans

1/4 cup oil

oz minced meat
-

oz dried shrimps, soaked and chopped

2
oz pickled Szechuan mustard, chopped finely
Seasoning
Mix:

Method:
-
Remove the end of the string beans
-
Heat wok and oil, add in the string beans. Cover and cook
until steam appears. Arrange beans on a plate
-
To the remaining stock in wok, add the rest of the
ingredients and seasoning mix, cook until the sauce is
thickened
-
Pour the sauce on the beans
-
Ready to serve
