Chinese Sauteed Beancurd Recipe

Method:

Drain beancurd and cut into small pieces

Slice the meat and marinade with 1 teaspoon rice win and 1
teaspoon soy sauce
-
Slice leek and red chili pepper, cut green pepper into small
piece and crush garlic

Heat wok and oil, and stir fry beancurd until light brown,
remove and set aside
-
Reduce oil to 1 tablespoon in wok, stir fry garlic until
fragrant. Add in ginger, chili pepper and meat. Fry until
the meat is cooked

Add in the rest of the vegetables and fry for 2 minutes
-
Return beancurd to wok and add seasoning mix. Mix gently and
not to break the beancurd
-
Stir in cornstarch, until the sauce is thickened.

Ready to serve
