Chinese Sauté Egg Plants Recipe

Ingredients:

long Japanese egg plants
-
3
cloves garlic, finely chopped

1
tablespoon fresh grated ginger
-
2
green onions, chopped
-
2
tablespoons soy sauce
-
1
tablespoon sesame oil
-

tablespoons cooking oil

Method:
-
Heat up wok and cooking oil over medium heat
-
Chop egg plants to about 1 inch cubes
-
Put in garlic and stir fry for about 3 minutes. Then add in
egg plants, and cook until the egg plants are tender
-
Then put in ginger, green onion, soy sauce and stir fry for
another 5 minutes
-
Remove from heat and drizzle some sesame oil
-
Stir to combine
-
Ready to serve
