Ingredients:
1 lb pumpkin
4 tablespoons oil
1/2 stalk leek, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup water
Method:
Peel pumpkin and remove seeds, cut into 2 inch square
Heat the oil and fry pumpkin for 5 minutes
Add leek, sugar, and water. Simmer for 15 minutes
