Beancurd with Pork and Chili
Pepper Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 lb lean pork, thinly sliced

1/2 lb beancurd, cut into 8 cubes

clove garlic, cut into small pieces

tablespoon bean paste

tablespoon chopped red pepper

tablespoons soy sauce

3
green peppers, seeded and quartered

bamboo shoot, sliced

slices carrots
-
4
Chinese mushrooms, soaked for 20 minutes, stemmed and halved

1/2 tablespoon sugar

tablespoons oil

Method:

Heat wok and 3 tablespoons oil over medium heat. Fry
beancurd until light brown, remove to plate

Heat 3 tablespoons oil, fry garlic for 1 minute.

Mix bean paste, red pepper and soy sauce in a dish
-
Add in green peppers, bamboo shoot, carrot and mushrooms;
stir fry for another 5 minutes

Then, add in bean paste mixture, sugar and pork; fry for
another 5 minutes. Then add in beancurd
-
Ready to serve
