Ingredients:

1/2 beef briskets
-
1
1/2 lb lotus roots
-
3
oz mung bean
-
1/4 dried tangerine peel
-
6
cups water
-
Pinch of salt to taste

Method:
-
Blanch beef brisket in boiling water for 5 minutes, drained
-
Skin and cut lotus root into thin slices
-
Soak and clean tangerine peel
-
Boil water in a pot. Add in all beef briskets, lotus roots,
mung beans, and tangerine peel into water
-
Boil for 3 hours and add in salt to taste
-
Ready to serve
