Ingredients:
1 small whole chicken
6 oz pre-soaked fish maw, cut into pieces
5 dried scallops
1 tablespoon Chinese wolfberries
4 cups water
1 teaspoon rice wine
1/4 teaspoon salt
Method:
Blanch chicken into boiling water for 5 minutes, drained
Put all ingredients into a double boiler and boil at high heat for 3 hours
Add in rice wine and salt to taste
Ready to serve
