Double Boiled Fish Maw and Dried Scallops Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 small whole chicken

  • 6 oz pre-soaked fish maw, cut into pieces

  • 5 dried scallops

  • 1 tablespoon Chinese wolfberries

  • 4 cups water

  • 1 teaspoon rice wine

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method:

  1. Blanch chicken into boiling water for 5 minutes, drained

  2. Put all ingredients into a double boiler and boil at high heat for 3 hours

  3. Add in rice wine and salt to taste

  4. Ready to serve
