Chinese Cabbage with Meatballs Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Chinese cabbage

  • 1/2 lb ground meat (pork or chicken or beef)

  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon fried garlic oil (with fried garlic)

  • 6 cups water

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

Method:

  1. Mix ground meat with soy sauce and pepper well. Form small meatballs about size of teaspoon

  2. Cut the cabbage into chunks

  3. Pour water into a large pot, bring to boil

  4. Add in meatballs and cabbage and boil for 30 minutes over medium heat. Skim off froth

  5. Put in the salt and fried garlic oil

  6. Ready to serve
