Chinese Cabbage with Meatballs

Ingredients:

lb Chinese cabbage
-
1/2 lb ground meat (pork or chicken or beef)

teaspoons soy sauce
-
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
-
1/2 teaspoon fried garlic oil (with fried garlic)

cups water

1/2 teaspoons salt

Method:
-
Mix ground meat with soy sauce and pepper well. Form small
meatballs about size of teaspoon

Cut the cabbage into chunks
-
Pour water into a large pot, bring to boil
-
Add in meatballs and cabbage and boil for 30 minutes over
medium heat. Skim off froth
-
Put in the salt and fried garlic oil
-
Ready to serve
