Ingredients:
4 bird's nest
5 oz cooked chicken, shredded
5 slices boiled ham, shredded
6 cups chicken broth
1 tablespoon salt
4 snow peas, shredded
Method:
Soak bird's nest for 5 hours, remove feathers with tweezer
Heat chicken broth, add salt and bird's nest, and simmer for 20 minutes
Add chicken, ham, snow peas and boil for another 20 minutes over medium heat
Ready to serve
