Stir Fried Squid with Dried Red

Ingredients:

presoftened dried squids (about 2/3 lb)

dried red peppers, cut into pieces

teaspoon chopped garlic clove

Method:

Rinse
the squids and cut off the heads, tentacles, and tails. Peel off
the thin membrane from the surface of the squid. Cut each squid
into 4 strips. Score the inside surface lengthwise and crosswise
then cut it into bite size pieces

Bring
a pot of water to a boil; blanch the pieces of squid for 20
seconds or until half cooked. When the pieces of squid curl up
slightly, remove and drain them.

Heat
the wok then add 2 tablespoons oil. Stir fry the dried red
peppers until fragrant. Add chopped garlic and squid; stir to
mix.

Add
Ingredients A and turn heat to high; mix quickly. Transfer to a
serving platter; serve
