Method:

Put
the oysters in a bowl; add a dash of salt and mix. Rinse the
oysters in fresh water. Blanch the oysters for 20 seconds in a
pot of boiling water; remove and drain

Heat
the wok then add 4 tablespoons oil. Add Ingredients A and stir
fry until fragrant.

Add
oysters, green onion, and Ingredients B; turn heat to high; stir
lightly and bring to a boil. Transfer to a serving plate; serve
