Method:

Rinse
and drain the crabs. Cut them into small pieces then dip the
open ends into cornstarch. This prevents the meat from falling
out of the soft shell

Heat
the wok then add oil. Fry the pieces of crab for 2 minutes, or
until they are golden brown; remove and drain. Remove the oil
from wok.

Reheat the wok then add 1 tablespoon oil. Add bell pepper and 1
tablespoon water; stir until the bell pepper is soft; remove.

Add 3
tablespoons oil; stir fry Ingredients A until fragrant.

Add
fried pieces of crab and Ingredients B; cover and cook for 2-3
minutes; stir several times during cooking.

When
the crab is cooked and the liquid has reduced to almost dry, add
the bell pepper; stir to mix. Transfer to a serving plate and
serve.
