Pork Balls and Sea Cucumber Recipe

Method:

Cut
the sea cucumber into bite size pieces

Mix
the ground pork with Ingredients A. Heat the wok then add oil.
Form the ground pork into balls and place them in the oil; deep
fry for 2 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove and drain.
Remove the oil from the wok

Reheat the wok then add 3 tablespoons oil. Stir fry the green
onion and ginger root until fragrant. Add sea cucumber; stir;
add Ingredients B and pork balls. Bring to a boil; cover to cook
for 10 minutes, or until the liquid is reduced to 1/2 cups.

Add
cornstarch mixture to thicken liquid; stir. Transfer to a
serving plate; serve.
