Method:

Cut
the abalone into paper thin slices. Lengthwise, halve the bamboo
shoots and baby corns. Cut the bok choy and Chinese black
mushrooms into quarters

Heat
the wok then add 3 tablespoons oil. Stir fry the green onion and
ginger root until fragrant. Add Ingredients A; stir briefly then
add Ingredients B.

Cover
and cook to boiling; after it comes to a boil, cook for 2 more
minutes. Add abalone slices and cornstarch mixture to thicken;
stir. Transfer to a serving plate; serve.
