Tomato Sauce Pork Chop Recipe

Ingredients:

12 oz pork tenderloin

tablespoon snow peas

spring onion, chopped into 1 inch sections

1/4 onion, chopped into chunks

cup cooking oil
Marinade:

Method:

Cut the pork tenderloin into 6 pieces. Marinade the meat
with 2 tablespoons ketchup, 1 teaspoon wine and 1 teaspoon
cornstarch for 10 minutes

Heat wok and cooking oil over medium heat. Deep fry the pork
for 7 minutes until golden brown. Drain and set aside

Boil a pot of water, and add in spring onion, onion and snow
peas. Boil the vegetables for 3 second, and rinse with cold
water

Heat work and 1 teaspoon cooking oil. Fry spring onion and
onion. Add in pork chop, soy sauce, sugar, and 1 cup water.
Cook and simmer for 8 minutes

Add in cornstarch mixture and snow peas, stir until the
sauce is thickened

Sprinkle the sesame oil

Ready to serve
