Ingredients:

lb pork loin, cubed (beef loin or chicken meat)

pickled mustard greens, diced

cup roasted peanuts

tablespoon hot red pepper, diced

Method:

Mix
the meat with Ingredients A; mix thoroughly and let stand until
ready for use. Mix Ingredients C in a bowl and save for later
use

Heat
the wok then add 4 tablespoons oil. Stir fry the meat until
cooked; remove and drain (this is precooking); set aside.

Stir
fry Ingredients B until fragrant. Add pickled mustard greens and
stir to mix.

Add
meat and Ingredients C; stir to mix. Add the roasted peanuts and
mix together quickly; remove to a serving plate and serve
