Method:

Cut
the meat into 2/3 inch thick slices. Tenderize the meat with a
meat mallet; mix with Ingredients A.

Heat
the wok then add 3 tablespoons oil. Stir fry the meat until both
sides are golden brown; move the meat aside. Stir fry the onions
until fragrant. Add Ingredients B; return the meat to the center
of the wok and stir quickly to mix in onions. Remove and serve.
