Method:

Cut
pork loin into 12 slices. Use a meat mallet to tenderize the
meat.

Mix
with Ingredients A and marinate until ready for use. Soak the
black mushrooms in water until soft, cut into 12 julienne
strips.

1 slice meat on the working surface. Place 1 piece each black
mushroom and green onion at one end of the meat then roll it up.
Place the roll in a bowl of cornstarch to coat

Remove any any wilted leaves from the broccoli; cut into long
pieces. Cook in boiling water; remove and plunge them into a
bowl of cold water

Heat
the wok then add oil. Deep fry the meat rolls for 3 minutes or
until golden brown. Remove and drain. Remove the oil from the
wok

Reheat the wok then add 2 tablespoons oil. Stir fry broccoli;
add the meat rolls and Ingredients B. Turn heat to high, quickly
stir to mix. Remove to a serving dish and serve
