Stir Fried Pork Maws with Pickled Mustard Greens Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pickled mustard greens, shredded

  • 1/2 cup bamboo shoots, shredded

  • 2 cups precooked pork maw, shredded

Ingredients A:

  • 1 tablespoon hot red pepper, shredded

  • 2 tablespoons tender ginger root, shredded

  • 3 tablespoons green onion, shredded

Ingredients B:

  • 1/2 tablespoon cooking wine or sherry

  • 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • Dash of sesame oil

Method:

  1. Heat the wok then add 3 tablespoons oil; add Ingredients A and stir fry until fragrant. Add pickled mustard greens, bamboo shoots, pork maw and Ingredients B. Stir fry for 2 minutes; remove and serve

Pickled mustard greens may be substituted with fine strips of celery.
