Stir Fried Pork Maws with Pickled
Mustard Greens Recipe

pickled mustard greens, shredded

cup bamboo shoots, shredded

cups precooked pork maw, shredded

tablespoon hot red pepper, shredded

tablespoons tender ginger root, shredded

tablespoons green onion, shredded

Method:

Heat
the wok then add 3 tablespoons oil; add Ingredients A and stir
fry until fragrant. Add pickled mustard greens, bamboo shoots,
pork maw and Ingredients B. Stir fry for 2 minutes; remove and
serve
Pickled mustard greens may be substituted with fine strips of
celery.
