Method:

Mix
the shredded meat with Ingredients A. Before stir frying, add 2
tablespoons oil and mix so that the meat will separate easily
during frying

Heat
the wok then add oil. Stir fry the shredded meat until cooked
(precooked). Remove and drain the meat. Remove the oil from the
wok

Reheat the wok. Add 2 tablespoons oil. Stir fry the green onions
until fragrant. Add bamboo shoots and pressed bean curd; stir to
mix. Add the meat and Ingredients B. Turn the heat to high; stir
quickly to mix. Transfer to a serving platter and serve
