Method:

Slice
the liver into thin slices. Mix in a bowl with Ingredients A.

Heat
the wok then add oil. Stir fry the liver to rare; remove. Remove
the oil from the wok.

Reheat the wok then add 2 tablespoons oil. Stir fry Ingredients
B until fragrant. Add Ingredients C; stir. Add liver and
Ingredients D; turn heat to high and quickly stir fry to mix.
Remove and serve.
