Steamed Pork Back Ribs with Black Bean Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb pork back ribs

Ingredients A:

  • 1/2 tablespoon cooking wine or sherry

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  • Dash of sesame oil

Ingredients B:

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fermented black beans

  • 1/2 tablespoon chopped garlic clove

  • 1/2 tablespoon ginger root

  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onion

  • 1 hot red pepper, thinly sliced

Method:

  1. Cut the ribs into 20 pieces; add Ingredients A and mix thoroughly. Add Ingredients B and mix thoroughly

  2. Place the ribs in a heatproof dish and steam for 20 minutes. Remove and serve
