Spring Onion Pork Chop Recipe

Ingredients:
Marinade:

teaspoon soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon dry sherry

teaspoon cornstarch

Method:

Cut the pork tenderloin into 6 pieces (about 1/2 inch
thick), marinade with marinade sauce for 10 minutes

Heat wok and cooking oil over medium heat. Fry pork for 7
minutes, remove and drain

Cut the spring onions into 3 inch sections

Heat wok and 1 teaspoon oil over medium heat. Stir fry
spring onion until fragrant. Add in pork, soy sauce, sugar,
ketchup, and pepper. Fry and simmer for 8 minutes until pork
is cooked

Add in cornstarch mixture and stir well until sauce is
thickened. Add in sesame oil
-
Ready to serve
