Spicy Dried Pork with Bamboo Shoots Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb sliced spicy dried pork

  • 1 cup sliced bamboo shoot

  • 1 cup fresh garlic, slice diagonally (separate white and green pieces)

Ingredients A:

  • 1 tablespoon fermented black beans

  • 1 hot red pepper, sliced

  • 6 slices ginger root

Ingredients B:

  • 1 tablespoon cooking wine or sherry

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • Dash of sesame oil

Method:

  1. Heat the wok then add 2 tablespoon oil. Stir fry pieces of pork. Remove the meat to a dish.

  2. Add Ingredients A; stir until fragrant. Add the white part of garlic and the bamboo shoot; stir to mix

  3. Add Ingredients B; stir to mix. Add the sliced pork and the green part of garlic; mix thoroughly. Remove and serve
