Method:

Shred
the meat, mix with Ingredients A. Add 2 tablespoons oil and stir
before frying so that the shredded meat will separate easily
during frying.

Ingredients B in a bowl and set aside for later use. Soak the
shredded green onions in water for about 5 minutes; remove.
Place the onions on two sides of the plate or line the bottom of
the plate.

the wok then add the oil. Stir fry the meat then remove it
(precooking). Remove the oil from the wok. Reheat the wok and
add 1 tablespoon oil. Stir fry Ingredients B until fragrant. Add
the meat; stir fry to mix; remove. Place it on the serving
plate. Before serving, mix the green onions with the meat
together.
