Method:

Mix
together the ground pork, shrimp paste, Ingredients A, and onion
(filling). Divide into 4 portions

Place
1 portion of filling at one end of a sheet of nori; roll it up
to the shape of a baton. Repeat this procedure with the other
three portions

Heat
the wok then add oil. Deep fry the rolls over medium heat for 5
minutes; remove and drain. Slice the rolls into small pieces;
arrange them on a serving plate; serve.
To
prepare shrimp paste: Rinse and devein shrimp; drain. Use the
flat side of a cleaver to mash the shrimp; then chop finely. Put
mashed shrimp in a bowl and stir until the mixture becomes
sticky.
