Mushu Pork Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 lb lean pork, shredded

tablespoon soy sauce

tablespoons oil

eggs, beaten

tablespoons dry wood ears, soaked for 20 minutes and
drained. Cut into thin strips

scallions, shredded

1/2 teaspoon sugar

mushrooms, cut into strips

Method:

Mix the pork with soy sauce

Heat 6 tablespoons oil over high heat. Add eggs and stir fry
until set

Cut the eggs into strips using spatula, and transfer to a
plate
-
Add the remaining oil, stir fry pork, mushrooms, scallions
and wood ears until the pork is cooked
-
Add the egg pieces and sugar, mix well. Stir fry for 2
minutes
-
Ready to serve
