Method:

Cut
the ribs into 15 pieces; mix with Ingredients A. Add cornstarch
and mix thoroughly

Heat
the wok then add oil. Deep fry the ribs over medium heat for
about 4 minutes, or until golden brown; remove. Reheat the oil;
deep fry the ribs again for 1 minute. Remove and drain.

Bring
Ingredients B to a boil. Add deep fried ribs; stir fry over high
heat until liquid has almost completely evaporated. Remove and
serve
