Chinese Double Cooked Pork Recipe

lb pork belly

onion, sliced

red peppers

teaspoons chopped garlic

tablespoon sugar

1/2 tablespoons wine

tablespoons hot soy bean paste

green pepper, sliced

carrot

tablespoon soy bean paste

tablespoons oil

Salt to taste

Method:

Boil pork belly in water for 30 minutes, remove and drain.
Slice into pieces

Heat pan and oil over high heat. Add in garlic, onion, pork
belly slices, green pepper, carrot, hot soy bean paste,
sugar, wine 1 tablespoon soy sauce and stir fry quickly for
5 minutes

Ready to serve
