Honey Lemon Fish Recipe

Ingredients:
Marinade:

1/2 teaspoon salt

teaspoon sesame oil

1
egg
-
1
tablespoon cornstarch
Sauce:

Method:

Mix salt, sesame oil and egg for marinade

Mix all sauce ingredients and set aside

Thaw fillet, wash and cut into pieces. Marinade with step 1
marinade mixture

Coat fillet pieces with cornstarch. Deep fry to golden
brown, scoop up and drain

Heat and stir sauce mixture from step 2 to a boil. Add in
fillet, and stir until sauce is evenly coated on
fillet

Ready to serve
