Fish Slices in Tomato Sauce Recipe

lb fish meat

cup oil for frying

small tomato, cut into bite size pieces

small brown onion, cut into bite size pieces

cup green peas, precooked

tablespoons ketchup

tablespoon sugar

teaspoon salt

teaspoon sesame oil

teaspoon cornstarch

Method:

Cut
fish meat into 1/4 inch thick slices, mix with Ingredients A.
Add 2 tablespoons oil and mix before frying. The slices will
separate easily during frying

Heat
the wok then add 1/2 cup oil. Fry the fish slices until half
cooked. Remove the fish. Remove the oil from the wok.

Reheat the wok then add 1 tablespoon oil. Stir fry the pieces of
onion until fragrant. Add the tomato and stir. Add Ingredients B
and fish slices; bring to boil. Add green peas; stir to mix.
Transfer to a serving plate, serve.
