Ingredients:
Batter:
Marinade:

tablespoon sesame oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon scallions, finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon ginger, finely chopped

Method:

Cut the fish into slices
-
Place the fillet in a bowl and marinade with marinade
ingredients for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with flour and set
aside

Whip egg whites until stiff, add cornstarch and flour and
blend to make batter

Heat wok and oil over high heat. Dip one fish at a time into
the batter, coat well, and then put into the oil.

Fry the fish until the color changes (turn the fish from
time to time)

Place the fried fish on a platter, garnish with lettuce
leaves
