Chinese Style Steamed Fish Recipe

Ingredients:

lbs halibut, cut into 4 pieces

4
green onions, cut into 3 inch length

4
fresh Chinese mushroom, sliced

leaves Napa cabbage, sliced into 4 inch piece

3
sliced fresh ginger root, finely chopped

2
cloves garlic, chopped
-
1/4 cup soy sauce
-
1/8 cup water

Method:

Arrange half of the green onion on the bottom of steaming
plate. Place half of mushrooms and cabbage on tops of the
onions.

Place fish on top of the vegetables. Sprinkle ginger, garlic
over the fish

Cover the fish with the remaining green onion, mushrooms,
and cabbage

Drizzle soy sauce and water over everything
-
Place steam plate in a steamer over 2 inch of boiling water
and cover.

Steam for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily
-
Ready to serve
