Ingredients:

lb cod fish

tablespoons cornstarch
Marinade:

1/4 teaspoon salt

teaspoon cooking wine
Sauce:

tablespoons minced scallions
-
2
tablespoons minced garlic
-
1/2 tablespoon minced ginger
-
1/2 tablespoon sliced red hot chili pepper

tablespoons soy sauce

1/2 tablespoons black vinegar

tablespoon water

Method:

Cut the fish into slices.

Marinade with marinade sauce for 10 minutes. Then coat the
fish with cornstarch, set aside
-
Mix all sauce ingredients
-
Heat 2 tablespoons oil, pan fry fish until golden on both
sides.

Pour in sauce mixture into the pan until heated
-
Ready to serve
