Shark's Fin Fried Egg Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz refined shark's fin

  • 1 stalk leek

  • 2 slices ginger

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 tablespoon wine

  • 1 teaspoon ginger juice

  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar

  • 8 tablespoons oil

Method:

  1. Soak refined shark's fin overnight. Rinse in cold water and boil for 1 hour with leek and ginger

  2. Rinse and drain shark's fin 3 times after boiling

  3. Beat eggs, add shark's fin and seasoning

  4. Heat the wok and oil, fry mixture until eggs are set

  5. Ready to serve
