Ingredients:
1/2 lb spinach
5 eggs
8 tablespoons oil
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
Method:
Thoroughly wash the spinach and cut them into 4 sections
Beat egg lightly with 1/2 teaspoon salt
Heat 4 tablespoons oil and scramble the eggs for about 3 minutes, remove and set aside
Heat the remaining 4 tablespoons oil and fry spinach until tender, add in 1 teaspoon salt.
Add scramble eggs to spinach and mix
Ready to serve
