Scramble Egg with Spinach Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb spinach

  • 5 eggs

  • 8 tablespoons oil

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

Method:

  1. Thoroughly wash the spinach and cut them into 4 sections

  2. Beat egg lightly with 1/2 teaspoon salt

  3. Heat 4 tablespoons oil and scramble the eggs for about 3 minutes, remove and set aside

  4. Heat the remaining 4 tablespoons oil and fry spinach until tender, add in 1 teaspoon salt.

  5. Add scramble eggs to spinach and mix

  6. Ready to serve
