Chinese Foo Yung Egg Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs, beaten

  • 1 cup drained bean sprout

  • Soy sauce to taste

  • 1 cup cooked chopped chicken or ham

  • 3 chopped green onion

  • 1 tablespoon oil

Gravy Mix:

  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup

  • 1/2 can water

  • Soy sauce to taste

  • Small amount of cooked, chopped chicken or ham

Method:

  1. Beat the eggs. Add bean sprout, soy sauce, onion and meat, mix well

  2. Heat pan with oil. Drop mixture using spoon, like pancakes, fry until light brown on both sides

  3. Remove, place on heated plate, keep warm (make ~12)

  4. Heat gravy mix. Place 3 pancakes on plate, cover with gravy, add soy sauce to taste
