Chinese Egg Dumplings Recipe

Ingredients:

oz ground pork

eggs

spring onion, finely chopped

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon cornstarch

1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper

Method:

Mix spring onion, ground pork, salt, and 1/2 teaspoon
cornstarch and white pepper together. Blend them well, and
set aside

Beat the egg with 1 teaspoon cornstarch, and set aside

Heat wok with high heat. Add in 1 tablespoon oil and turn
the heat into medium heat.

Add in 1 tablespoon egg mixture (spread it into a round
shape), and cook it for 1 minute with low heat, until the
egg is solidified.

Put in 1/2 tablespoon pork mixture at one side of the egg,
and fold the egg into half to cover the pork. Cook until the
egg is fully cooked.

Remove the egg dumpling and place on a plate.

Continue with step 5 and 6 until all the egg and pork
mixture are used

Place the egg dumplings into a steamer, and steam for 5
minutes

Ready to serve
