Ingredients:
1/3 lb diced chicken meat
5 eggs
2 tablespoons XO sauce
2 tablespoons oil
Seasoning:
1/2 teaspoon salt
Method:
Marinade the chicken meat with XO Sauce for 15 minutes
Beat egg with seasoning
Saute chicken with 1 tablespoon oil over medium heat for 10 minutes. Add in XO sauce and stir fry till done. Put on dish
Heat wok and 1 tablespoon oil. Add egg. Lower the heat and pan try one side till halfway done. Place chicken in the center
Fold the egg sheet in half to cover the stuffing. Pan try omelet until just cooked
