Sweet Walnut Pastries Recipe

Ingredients:

cups cake flour

3/4 cup green pea flour

1/2 cup castor sugar

3/4 cup lard

egg, beaten

teaspoon baking soda

1/3 cup walnut

Method:

Put the cake flour on a board, make a hole in the middle

Mix sugar, lard, egg, and baking soda well, and put mixture
in the hole

Use fingers to mix from outside to center, and knead into a
dough

Cut the dough into 12 pieces, roll and form a ball, press a
walnut on top, put the dough on baking pan
-
Glaze with beaten egg yolk and keep a little distance
between each ones

Bake them in the 425F over for 10 minutes, color with beaten
egg yolk, and bake again in the 355F oven for 5 minutes

Ready to serve
