Stir Fry Ho Fun With Shrimps

Method:

Sprinkle the shrimps with salt, rub and drain and pat dry.
Marinate with 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 egg white and 1 teaspoon
cornstarch for 15 minutes, heat in warm oil, and dish out. Cut
the rice flour skin into 1 in wide stripes

Shred
the pork, and cut the hotbed chives into 1 in. long. Fry the
pork shreds with 2 tablespoons of oil, add the hotbed chives,
spring onions, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/3 teaspoon sugar, sesame oil
and pepper and stir fry. Add the rice flour stripes and use
chopsticks to stir. Finally, add shrimps and mix well. Dish them
into a plate and serve
