Steamed Beef In Rice Flour Rolls Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces of rice flour skins

  • 0.7 oz beef

  • 1.5 oz pork fat

  • 1 cup hotbed chive

  • 1 tablespoon shredded spring onion

Seasoning:

  • 1 teaspoon oyster oil

  • Small amount of pepper

  • 1/3 teaspoon sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger juice

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch

  • 1 teaspoon water

  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

Method:

  1. Chop the beef and pork fat, cut the  hotbed chive into 0.3 inch long mix with 1 teaspoon of spring onion shreds and seasoning, stir carefully. (beef filling)

  2. Spread the rice flour skin open, cut into half and put 1/4 of beef filling on each half. Roll into long rod and cut into two sections. When water is boiling, put these rolls to steam over high heat for 6 minutes. They can be served by dipping different sauce according to individual taste.
