Spinach Noodles With Shrimps Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 150g spinach noodles

  • 112.5g shelled shrimps

  • 75g pork

  • 75g hotbed chive

  • spring onion

To Marinate Shrimps:

  • A little wine

  • 1/3 teaspoon salt

  • a pinch of pepper powder

  • 1 teaspoon egg white

  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch

Seasoning:

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon MSG

  • 1/2 cup water

 

Method:

  1. Cook the spinach noodles in boiling water until done, remove and soak in cold water

  2. Rub the shrimps with salt, rinse in water, drain and marinate for 20 minutes. Stir briskly with 1 cup of warm oil. Remove and drain

  3. Cut the pork into slices, cut the hotbed chives and spring onion into 1 inch long

  4. Heat the wok till hot, add 3 teaspoons of salad oil, spring onion and pork, stir fry, add the seasoning, hotbed chives, shrimps and spinach noodles. Stir fry and mix thoroughly. Serve.
